If you find that the product you receive does not meet your expectations in any way, simply return it within 30 days of purchase with your receipt for a full refund for non-perishable items.   Perishable items are not covered with a full refund guarantee.  Upon delivery at ship to address, products are the buyer's responsibility. Refund/Replacement Procedures:     Product must be accompanied by a receipt showing purchase date unless purchased on-line. On-line orders must provide name, phone number and the method of payment used for the purchase. Product must be at least half full. Mostly used product can not be accepted. Product must be returned within 30 calender days of the purchase in order to receive a refund/replacement. Refunds will be made by check through the mail, which in most cases is quicker than it takes to charge back credit cards or refund deposit checking accounts.
