Perishable Items
Perishable items are not covered with a full refund guarantee.  Upon delivery at ship to address, products are the buyer's responsibility.  Items are insured. If there was a problem during delivery, you would need to file a claim online with USPS with proper proof of problem and etc.
Non-Perishable Items
We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. Our products meet strict quality control standards so we are proud to offer a 30 Day Guarantee. If you find that the product you receive does not meet your expectations in any way, simply return it within 30 days of purchase with your receipt for a full refund. 

Refund/Replacement Procedures:    
  1. Product must be accompanied with the online receipt showing purchase date, buyer name and address, phone number and the method of payment used for the purchase.
  2. Product must be at least 3/4 full. Anything less can not be accepted. 
  3. In order to receive a refund or replacement, product must be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase.
  4. Refund will be processed upon approval of return.
